EDMT Spring Cabaret show..

Hey everyone! I'm at my church watching El Dorado Musical Theater's High Voltage spring cabaret show!! They just started their second act. They are so amazing!! I love watching them! :) just thought I'd share with y'all!! Have a great night!

Life is getting back to normal...

So....life is getting back to normal slowly but surely! School is going well, not too stressful I should be able to graudate in August so thats exciting! I went back to work 2 weeks ago and I can't to work again this Sunday in nursery again! Hopefully, we'll have more babies than just 1 that we had 2 weeks ago :) I'm back to both choirs as well and I'm enjoying that! And something excitng is that my second blog I created on here (Beauty Beat) has hit it off hugely! I have 3 subscribers or "followers" now and that might not be much to some people, but its a HUGE deal for me! I'm in contact with  my favorite youtube beauty guru (emilynoel83) and she has helped me immensely with my blog posts and she has given me great feedback and tips! So Emily, if you're reading this THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for helping me!! So I'm excited about where that blog is going, but I'm still keeping up with this blog :)

Started school yet again...

So I have started school again. Trying to finish up Senior year since I had a little bit of a break for my 8 weeks of being in the hospital for surgery at the beginning of this year. And I have to say, that the first day back was not that bad. I started my work at 10am, took a break for lunch at 12pm and finished my work for the day at 3:30pm. So all in all, a six and a half hour school day is not that bad. My weekend was great! Got to see a couple of my friends at church yesterday. Hung out with my good friend Danny all morning before and after church. So that was good to see him since I hadn't seen him since December :) And Saturday, I didn't do much just went shopping with my parents for the afternoon and then went to the Elephant Bar for dinner with them. So that was really fun! And that was my weekend. I'm recovering from surgery well, going back to work this weekend and I'll also be returning to my church choir this weekend to sing with them on Sunday. I returned to my teen choir last Thursday, so I enjoyed that very much. Can't wait to go back this week, because I get to see one of my best friends!! So excited!! I have seen her since December either :) Anyways, so thats pretty much my week ahead. Have a great night everyone! :)

Dog Shaped Flower Arrangement??

Hey everyone! So I was in the hospital for about 8 weeks, and I finally was able to come home last Thursday. A friend of mine came over on Saturday to visit and she brought me the cutest flowers!

Are these not the cutest?! I thought it was such a cute idea that the flowers were made into the shape of a dog :) Anyways, I just thought I'd share this with ya'll. I felt that it was too cute not to share! So enjoy! Have a great night everyone!

Second week of Senior year has gone...

My second week of senior year has come and gone. The schedule is really not that bad. I had a great week, got to see my best friend yesterday at choir and I went to a concert with my mom last night. Which was so fun! But also pretty intense. So on the agenda for today: Going to work and then getting a blood draw this afternoon :( And then coming home to do school. Tomorrow, I'm doing nothing, just cleaning my room and on Sunday I'm working in nursery at church and then coming home and doing nothing. So that's pretty much what is going on with me at the moment. I'll be blogging again soon ;)

First week of senior year has passed....

Finished my first week of senior year and I have to admit it wasn't that bad. I'm not to packed with stuff and don't have much homework at the moment. But all in all a great week! On the agenda for the weekend: Saturday, I'm not doing much but cleaning my room and getting it in order. And sunday I have church and a meeting for the new season for working in Children's Ministries at the church. And that's pretty much it for the weekend, nothing too crazy yet. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the first day of my teen choir went well although as of right now my citrus heights cast has an all girls choir and in the elk grove cast there's half and half. So it should be a very interesting season. But everyone is trying out for drama in my cast including the new people. So that's exciting and I know that my rehearsal scehdule will be lighter than last season which will be nice, but other than that everything went well. My director said he should have the scripts for the drama next week, the tryouts are on the 29th of this month. But anyways, that's what is going on with me at the moment. I'll be blogging again soon ;)

Senior Year has begun!

So today was the first day of Senior Year! I think it went pretty smooth. Woke up at 4:30am because last night I had decided that I was going to start school at 6:00am and I needed that block of time to get ready, workout etc. But things didn't go as planned, I didn't start school until probably 11:30am because I forgot that on the first day of school, my mom and I need to go over the plan so I know what's expected of me. So I'm a little tired, but tomorrow I don't think I'll get up until 5:00am and I'll see how that goes through the rest of this week so I can determine wether or not I want to continue getting up at that time for next week. So stuff to do this week besides school: Choir starts on Thursday and I have church choir tomorrow night. Friday, I have doctors appointments, work and school. And Saturday I might be going to the Reno Hot Air Balloon launch with my best friend, which will be very fun :) And then Sunday, I have church in the morning and a meeting for the new season of working in the children's classes in the afternoon. So that's what I have ahead of me this week, which will be very interesting but that's life right now ;) I'll be blogging agian soon ;-)
