Second week of Senior year has gone...

My second week of senior year has come and gone. The schedule is really not that bad. I had a great week, got to see my best friend yesterday at choir and I went to a concert with my mom last night. Which was so fun! But also pretty intense. So on the agenda for today: Going to work and then getting a blood draw this afternoon :( And then coming home to do school. Tomorrow, I'm doing nothing, just cleaning my room and on Sunday I'm working in nursery at church and then coming home and doing nothing. So that's pretty much what is going on with me at the moment. I'll be blogging again soon ;)

First week of senior year has passed....

Finished my first week of senior year and I have to admit it wasn't that bad. I'm not to packed with stuff and don't have much homework at the moment. But all in all a great week! On the agenda for the weekend: Saturday, I'm not doing much but cleaning my room and getting it in order. And sunday I have church and a meeting for the new season for working in Children's Ministries at the church. And that's pretty much it for the weekend, nothing too crazy yet. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the first day of my teen choir went well although as of right now my citrus heights cast has an all girls choir and in the elk grove cast there's half and half. So it should be a very interesting season. But everyone is trying out for drama in my cast including the new people. So that's exciting and I know that my rehearsal scehdule will be lighter than last season which will be nice, but other than that everything went well. My director said he should have the scripts for the drama next week, the tryouts are on the 29th of this month. But anyways, that's what is going on with me at the moment. Senior Year has begun!

So today was the first day of Senior Year! I think it went pretty smooth. Woke up at 4:30am because last night I had decided that I was going to start school at 6:00am and I needed that block of time to get ready, workout etc. But things didn't go as planned, I didn't start school until probably 11:30am because I forgot that on the first day of school, my mom and I need to go over the plan so I know what's expected of me. So I'm a little tired, but tomorrow I don't think I'll get up until 5:00am and I'll see how that goes through the rest of this week so I can determine wether or not I want to continue getting up at that time for next week. So stuff to do this week besides school: Choir starts on Thursday and I have church choir tomorrow night. Friday, I have doctors appointments, work and school. And Saturday I might be going to the Reno Hot Air Balloon launch with my best friend, which will be very fun :) And then Sunday, I have church in the morning and a meeting for the new season of working in the children's classes in the afternoon. So that's what I have ahead of me this week, which will be very interesting but that's life right now ;) I'll be blogging agian soon ;-)

good week....

I had a great week last week! Just hung around the house all week, working out and cleaning the house. My mom and I went to have some fun today, we went shopping for a little while. Great mother/daughter time I must say! Tomorrow, I'm working in Nursery at church for the one-service Sunday, and then after we get home I think we're going to do some family stuff because my dad is going fishing on Monday. And my mom and I are going to some thrift stores on Monday for their Labor Day sales. And thats pretty much what I'm doing. And then Tuesday morning at 6am starts Senior Year!!! Yay! Should be a great time :) And Choir starts on Thursday, and a bunch more fun stuff following the weekend. So thats pretty much my life at the moment :o) I'll be blogging again soon ;)

AWESOME Birthday!

I had a great birthday on Monday! I spent it with my best friend and my family, couldn't ask for anything more :) I spent Saturday with my little sister, shopping at the mall and tons of other girly stuff. That was an epic day! And then Sunday, I spent the day with just my family at Old Sac. Ate at Joe's Crab Shack (which was awesome)! and was surprised by my grandma that came down from Oregon to visit for the week. My grandma, myself and my mom all spent the last 3 days of this week shopping at thrift stores (my favorite places)! We had a great visit! She left yesterday morning to go back home :( But we'll see her again in March :)

Ok, so that was my fun part of the week. But unfortunately, my depressing month of August wasn't over yet. I had another funeral to go to yesterday, for a dear friend of mine that passed away on Sunday evening at the very young age of 21. The memorial service was wonderful, it was a great celebration of her life. Although, she will be missed by many, we all can't wait for the day that we will all be reunited with her in Heaven.

So thats my week last week. I still have one more week and a few days left of vacation from school :) Senior year starts up on September 6th! Very excited, although it will be a very packed schedule. I'm still super excited! Well, thats all for now. I'll be blogging again soon :)

Week and weekend of fun coming up!!

I'm SO excited for this weekend and next week! I'm hanging out with my little sister all day on Saturday for a pre-birthday celebration. Then after church on Sunday, my family and I are going down to Old Sac to look around and spend the day there. After we get home, my grandma from Oregon is coming in for the week and I'll have my grandma from Valley Springs coming in also for the day on Sunday.  So excited! Then on Monday, I'm hanging out with my best friend for the day because my birthday is that day and she wanted to celebrate with me! Then the rest of the week will be spent with my grandma from Oregon and then finally to end my birthday festivities, I'm having dinner with my Aunt on Thursday night. So it's going to be a great weekend and week, I can't wait! I might blog sometime next week to tell ya'll how my birthday was :) But if I don't, I'll for sure be blogging again soon ;) So thats what is going on with me this week, very exciting stuff! :D

Super Exciting Week coming up!!!

Ok, So last week was great up until Thursday. My bunny passed away :( Then I had to go to a funeral for a friend on Friday and to top it all off a good friend of mine was in a serious car accident on Friday morning and was life flighted to the hospital with severe brain trauma, broken leg, and a cut liver. So it was a very depressing end of the week last week unfortunately.

But now on to some really exciting stuff for this weekend: My birthday's next monday!!  So to start my birthday weekend off, my little sister is coming over to spend the night with me on Saturday night and hang out with me all day on Saturday. Then on Sunday, I'm doing some birthday stuff with my family which will be very fun. Then on my actual birthday, my best friend in the whole wide world is coming over to spend the whole day with me!! Pretty epic weekend and birthday coming up I must say! SUPER excited!! :D

And during the week this week, I'm just doing school and working out and cleaning my house. So nothing too exciting this week. So thats what is going on in my life at the moment. Will blog after my birthday more than likely :)

Great week so far...

Ok, so its been a great week so far! I've worked out a bunch since last week. I ran on my treadmill today and it felt really good. Not at all tiring :) So I'm on day 17 of 30 workout days! And I've lost a total so far of 4 lbs :) I should be at my ideal weight by september 4th! Which is great, because its right before school starts :)

So on the agenda for the week: I have a doctors appointment on Thursday morning, then possibly working on Friday and a funeral that afternoon :( And the weekend is pretty low key, not doing much on Saturday and Sunday going to church and working in Nursery at the 11am service. Then I start it all over again the next week ;) So thats pretty much whats been going on. I'll be blogging again soon ;)

Great week, but rough day yesterday....

So this week has been great! I've worked out every single day and I've lost 4 lbs! I love my treadmill :) I ran 1.5 miles in 35 minutes on the treadmill today AND I swam 240 yds in my pool doing laps ;) Its been a great workout day!

Ok, so that's been the highlight of my week but now for the rough part :( I had a really rough day yesterday, I wasn't really myself because of what was happening. But I'm a little better today :)

So getting out of my depressing part of yesterday, I also worked yesterday for a little bit, but my boss was out of town so I didn't have much to do. Yay for short work days! ;) And now for what's going on tomorrow: I'm working the 9am church service in Nursery and then going to the 11am service. After church, I think my family is just hanging out. So far, thats what has been going on with me :) I'll be blogging again soon ;)

It has been a great week...

This week has been great so far! I'm working tomorrow, but hoping to get off at a decent time :) Enjoying my month of school so far :) I'm hanging out with a friend this weekend and another friend hopefully on the 15th. Gettiing ready for my birthday in 3 weeks! I'm turning 17! So excited! I'm hoping my best friend can spend the day with me :) fingers crossed! Anyways, Looking forward to starting the next chapter in my life: Senior year! a year and  half more to go of school then I'll be officially done with high school :) Well, thats all for now....

Great week...

Last week was great! Got back into working out again. Felt great! The weekend was good, pretty low key :) This week will be another low key week since I have no school for the month :) The only things I have this week is work on Friday and going to church on Sunday and working in Nursery at the 9am service. Other than that, I don't have anything else this week :) Worked out again today and will continue to do so. So all in all a pretty laid back week ahead ;)

Getting back to life....

So I'm FINALLY all better from being sick all last week. I think I can finally get back to life this week ;) I'm very excited because my summer vacation from school has finally begun! I only have a couple subjects to keep up on, Drivers Ed and Bible study. Which Drivers Ed I'm almost done with, so excited! One step closer to getting my permit :) So school is super light for the entire month of August which works out great :) The other thing I'm excited about is my dad bought a treadmill for my family to put in the house! Its been so nice :) I've used it the last couple days and I love it! This week I can go back to work and church this weekend after being home sick for the last 2 Sundays. The week this week is pretty laid back, which is great :) Well, thats about it for now.....

Still Sick.....

So.....Its been 5 days and I'm still sick with a stomach virus :( And I'm supposed to work tomorrow..... Such a bummer! Hopefully I'll be better by tomorrow, so I can go back to work tomorrow :) But no promises......unfortunately :( I don't like not feeling well :( But thats life sometimes I guess. :) Well thats all for now :)

Great week last week!

Last week's VBS camp at my church was awesome! I had so much fun :) The showcase night went pretty well. All in all, a wonderful week.

I'm trying to get better from having some kind of stomach virus over the past 2 days. I was supposed to sing and work in nursery at the church yesterday, but was too sick to go :( Such a bummer! But there's always a next time ;) So today, I'm just taking it easy. Did my drivers Ed this morning and my Bible study. And thats pretty much all I've done for school today. Hopefully I'll be all better tomorrow :) I feel like I'm just still in a daze. Well, thats all for now.....

Life is crazy....

My life these past few weeks has been pretty crazy. Focusing on school and music stuff. Yesterday was the first day of my church's VBS camp that I'm helping with. There's about 333 kids that come and about 100 volunteers that help out. Today's camp day went very well, I think. I'm also on the worship team for the opening and closing session of camp.  I'm in the music track, which has been alot of fun. But all of us volunteers have been getting kind of run down and its only the second day of camp. But I just try and remember why we're all doing this, we're doing this for the kids. And I know we're all making long lasting memories for all of them :) Today was also Salvation day. Which is when the kids pray the "the prayer" to ask Jesus into their hearts. As I bowed my head and closed my eyes, I could hear pretty much the whole auditorium fill with kids voices praying that prayer. It was so cool! Anyways, it's day 3 tomorrow :) So I better get some rest because 6am comes pretty fast :)

Crazy last month and its about to get even more crazy.....

Hey Ya'll,

I'm sorry I haven't blogged in a while. My choir performances I had all through last month really kept me going. I didn't have enough time between school and performances to blog. But they are all done for the season, I think all the performances went very well. So now onto this month, I can't believe its June already! My schooling is picking up quite alot. I've been working on a research paper for the past few weeks, that has completely taken up alot of my time. I've been working on it for like 3-4 hours everyday for the past I think 3 or 4 weeks. But anyways, so I just am trying to get school done and getting ready for my church's VBS camp in July. I have worship practice for it starting really soon :) I've been teaching the same track for about 7 years and I thought it was time for a change. This is my 8th year, so I decided I would get out of my comfort zone a little and go over to teach the Music track. I have a meeting for that next week :)

Onto this week. I loved having the 3 day weekend. Only 4 days of school! But those 4 days have been super busy with school. I didn't get through with homework until about 4pm last night. Anyways, today went well. Got school done for the day, yay! And tomorrow, I have school and work for the day :) Then Saturday, I'm hopefully going to my friend's dance recital. And Sunday, I'm working in Nursery at church, then just hanging out. So there's a catch up on my busy, crazy life ;) I'll try and blog soon. ;)

Crazy next few weeks...

Hey Ya'll!

So I start my choir shows tomorrow night, April 30th and they don't stop until May 22nd! I have 6 shows all together. One tomorrow night, 3 next week, One on the 15th of May and my last one on May 22nd. Oy! And on top of that, I have to try and keep up with school of what I can get done. I'll probably be only doing school for the next 2 weeks on 3 days, because of shows and choir practice all day on Thursdays and Fridays for 3 weeks. So going to be very busy, which probably means I won't blog too often, and might not get to at all. My week this week was good. Finished with school this week, so no homework for the weekend, yay! Well, thats all for now for a little while. I'll be back blogging soon!

Crazy life....

Ok, so life has been pretty good. Not as busy as it has been...yet :) my shows for my choir start on April 30th and don't stop until may 22nd. We are having lots of rehearsals to get ready for the shows. But it's all good. Looking forward to the weekend, possibly getting together with my best friend on Saturday and then getting up very early again on sunday for singing in my church choir for palm Sunday. School is good, busy but good, probably in my last year or two! Oh, and I started my drivers Ed classes on Monday! It's going to be fun, I think. Anywho, well I better go. I'll try and blog tomorrow if I get the chance :)

Well, its been a crazy week. I'm finishing up school, and getting ready for shows with my choir. So I've been pre-occupied with that. I worked today, and tomorrow I'm going to hang out with my aunt at her condo for a few hours. Then sunday, I'll probably work in nursery at the 11AM service becuase both my parents are working that service. Then its back to crazy life on Monday....Oh what a joy! :/ I'll try and blog tomorrow when I get home :)

Hey ya'll! So choir went well today :) this weekend is going to be so much fun! I'm hanging out with my aunt for the afternoon, then having a friend over from
choir to work on the choreography and songs. Then on Sunday working in nursery :) then I start my week all over again on Monday :D I'll try and blog again soon :)

Fun stuff this past week....

Hey ya'll!

So last week was fun. My cousins came in on Monday and spent the day with us. Then it was back to school for the week on Tuesday. On wednesday, I had church choir practice. Then on Thursday, I had a 6 hour practice for my teen choir. Then another 6 hour practice for my teen choir on Friday, but I had to leave early for work :( Then after work, I went to a play that EDMT was doing at my church, which was fun. Then Saturday and sunday were both very relaxing days. I went to breakfast with my dad yesterday morning, and later in the afternoon I went shopping with my mom. So I got to spend some much needed quality time with both of them. Well thats it for now, school went fine today. I'm done with all my homework for the week for Health. Willl be going to the Premier of Soul Surfer tomorrow night in Roseville, so excited! Will be blogging again soon!

So yesterday was SO much fun! My cousins came over and spent about 3 hours at my house, then we went to my cousin's restaurant to eat and enjoy each other's company. We had SO much fun!

Today's school went well, long but good. Got done with my homework about 4:30pm. I might have time to blog tomorrow. We'll see though! :D

Another crazy weekend...

Ok, so yesterday's conference was amazing! After that, I went to a friend's house to babysit for 3 hours and that was fun. Then today, I was up at 5:30am, got to church and practiced with the choir and then I went in to work in nursery for 9am. But my boss/cordinator for our children's programs let me go and sing with the choir instead of working today because she had enough help! I was so very grateful to her for that! :) So I was able to sing with the choir for both services today, yay! Worship with the team was awesome! I know that we're all very tired, but it was all worth the tiredness I must say! Thank you Lord Jesus, for the fabulous day that you've given us, I praise You!! :D Have a great day everyone! I may not get to blogging tomorrow as my cousins will be at my house for the day. But we'll see! :)

So, I worked at church today for the afternoon, then came home and did some homework. Tomorrow, I have to get up early for the conference, then go babysit. And sunday I have to work in nursery and sing in choir for the morning. Then when I come home, I'll possibly be getting ready for my cousins who may or may not be coming because of poor weather in Oregon. My grandma called today and said she's not sure if she'll come down this next week because of poor weather conditions in Oregon :( But anyways, I'll probably not be able to blog tomorrow, so I'll be blogging again on Sunday. Oh my goodness! Lots to do this weekend! Choir was good today :) Tomorrow, I have a little school. After school will be heading to work for about 3 hours, very flexible hours :) Going to the conference on Saturday, after that babysitting, then getting up at 5:30am on Sunday to get ready for choir at church. After church, will be going home to get ready for my cousins and my grandma who are coming in for Oregon for a few days. So I have to get the house straightened up. Oy! Lots to do, but so worth it! Will maybe post tomorrow if I have time,  have a great day! :D

Well, today's school day went much better. All I have left is World History, yay! :) The rest of the day, I'll just be hanging around the house until tonight. I have church choir practice at church at 6:30pm to probably about 9-9:30pm because we are practicing with the band. Then tomorrow, I have my teen choir's practice at 10:00am to about 12:45pm and after I get home I have school to finish. And Friday, I have school and work in the afternoon for about 3 hours. And Saturday, I have the conference at my church then I'm possibly babysitting for a friend. Then I have to get ready for my cousins and my grandma. I have to clean my room up so that I can make room for my grandma to stay with us. Also, Sunday I have to work in nursery at 9am at church then I have to go sing with the choir for the 11am church service. So a busy week this week! :) I'll try and blog tomorrow, but I might not have time. We'll see! :) Have a great day!

My Crazy life....

Hey ya'll!

My life has been pretty crazy these past few weeks, but its finally settling down. Finally I'm all recovered from my surgery I had in January and now I'm just trying to get my life back to normal. I'm back with all my extra after school activties (church, church choir, working in nursery at church, teen homeschool choir, work, school etc.) I'm in my last year or so of High school, so I've been looking at several different colleges local and in Southern California. I've requested information from at least my top 4 colleges I'd maybe attend. 3 are in Southern California and 1 is local.

So onto this week.... well, school has been going pretty well. I've had a long day today and yesterday, but I'm looking forward to the weekend. Saturday I'm going to a conference at my church, then possibly going to babysit at a friend's house. On Sunday, I have to get up at 5:30am so I can get ready to go to church for choir, then go work in nursery at church at 9am, then go sing with the choir for the 11am service. Then next week, my cousins and grandma are coming down from Oregon to spend a few days with myself and my family.

Well, thats pretty much my week so far. Oh I forgot to mention, this thursday I have my teen choir practice, and tomorrow I have my church choir practice, and on friday I have school and work for the day. So thats my week, I'll try and post tomorrow if I find the time to do so!
